What IT services does NORSU offer to students?

NORSU provides several technology services to support student learning and academic management. The Student Management System (SMS) lets you access grades, load slips, and enrollment information online. Campus WiFi is available for free across Main Campus 1. Computer laboratories in the CITE Building and Library provide access to coursework software. The IT Help Desk at the Administration Building assists with technical issues.

NORSU Student Management System (SMS)

The Student Management System (SMS) is the primary online portal for NORSU students. Through SMS, you can view your enrolled subjects, check grades and evaluation, access your load slip, and manage your academic records online.

Campus WiFi Access

Free WiFi is available across the NORSU campus for currently enrolled students. Connect using your student credentials.

SSID: NORSU-WiFi or NORSU-Students
Login: Use your student ID number and SMS password

Computer Laboratories

Computer labs are available across multiple buildings on campus. Labs are equipped with up-to-date hardware and software needed for coursework, research, and programming.

Main IT Lab: CITE Building, Main Campus 1

Library Computer Stations: Main Library, Main Campus 1

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may extend during exam periods)
