Admission Requirements
1. Valid Identification (Any of the Following)
- Government-issued ID
- Recent and valid School ID
- Barangay Certificate
2. Currently Enrolled Grade 12 Students
(Expected to graduate this academic year)
- Certificate of Enrollment from Registrar or Principal
3. Grade 12 Graduate (Not Enrolled in College)
- Form 138 (Senior High School Card)
4. Transferee Applicants
- Original Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Certificate of Enrollment
